Clean and beautiful place with comfortable beds and beautifully decorated Nothing...it was a little noisy at times as close to main road and would add a mirror in each bedroom or at least one of them. Other than that this house is well equipped and refurbished. Love the add ons like fresh fruit, milk, cereal etc.

There’s a bus stop directly opposite 117 Killarney Road, making it simple to reach the CBD, local shops, and nearby attractions without needing a car. The neighbourhood is walkable, with cafes, supermarkets, and Lake Rotoroa all close by, so you can choose whatever travel style suits you.
